Nutritional information per serving. To be completed with product values.

  • Q: How should I prepare Isodrink?

  • A: Dilute 1 serving in 1L of water. One serving provides about 35g of carbohydrates, in addition to the electrolytes needed to replenish salts lost through sweat.

  • Q: How do I use Isodrink throughout the day and during training?

  • A: • Daily use / hot days: 1 serving in 1L of water, sipped at intervals throughout the day, to maintain cellular hydration and replenish salts.

  • Pre-workout (1 hour before): 300–500ml to start exercise perfectly euhydrated.

  • During training: small sips every 15–20 minutes (500–750ml/hour, depending on your sweat rate).

  • Post-workout: consume within the first 30 minutes after exertion, for accelerated rehydration.

  • Q: Can I combine Isodrink with SNUPE gels in the same exercise?

  • A: Yes, it's an excellent combination, as long as you account for the total carbohydrates. Each serving of Isodrink has about 35g of carbohydrates, so you should adjust the number of gels to avoid exceeding the maximum intestinal absorption capacity (typically 60g to 90g of carbohydrates per hour).

  • Q: Does Isodrink replace water during exertion?

  • A: Isodrink is the basis of an hydration strategy during exertion, because it replenishes water, salts and carbohydrates simultaneously. In very long efforts or with high sweat rates, many athletes alternate Isodrink with plain water to manage the total concentration of carbohydrates ingested.

  • Q: What are electrolytes for?

  • A: Salts, particularly sodium, are essential for maintaining electrolyte balance and preventing cramps during long training sessions and races, especially in heat or with high sweat rates.

  • Q: How much should I drink per hour?

  • A: As a reference, 500 to 750ml per hour, adjusted to your sweat rate, ambient temperature, and intensity of effort. Drink in small sips every 15–20 minutes, instead of large volumes at once.

  • Q: Is it also useful for recovery?

  • A: Yes. Consumed within the first 30 minutes after exertion, it accelerates rehydration and the replenishment of lost salts, contributing to faster recovery between sessions.
